Anyone else get sick of having the same smoothies every day?
Here is what you need for this one. It has lots of stuff that is good for you, it’s low carb and therefore it is Keto!
Go ahead and grab your ingredients. If you have fresh fruit I would suggest adding some ice to it. Because who likes a warm smoothie? No one, they’re gross!
I like frozen fruit better than ice because it is not as watery.
Add whole chia seeds for nutrition and an extra boost to keep you full.
Here is the final product. So so pretty.. am I right?!
Blackberry Coconut Smoothie
Prep Time: 5 minutes
1 1/2 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
2/3 cup blackberries
1 tablespoon chia seeds
2 tablespoons MaraNatha Coconut Almond Butter
- Blend all ingredients for about 30 seconds.
