Keto Turkey Wraps

These wraps are quick, refreshing, and low carb. A great budget recipe for when things are right and you want to eat something healthy that will fill you up just enough.

This was made in 5 minutes.

You could use lettuce wraps or make your own out of a head of iceberg lettuce and save the rest of the lettuce for a salad later in the week. Another way to save on the grocery bill.

You can use any variety of ingredients and add cheese or swap out the mustard for mayo or even hummus.

So go ahead and grab one of your pieces of lettuce or a lettuce wrap. I added the mustard first so I could spread it across the whole wrap and taste it in every bite.

Next I added 6 very thin slices of smoked turkey breast. I bought Oscar Mayer which is very often on sale at my local Publix as 3 packages for $11. It’s a pretty great steal because usually these packages are about $6 or so. So basically if you pay attention to the sale you are getting one free.

Once you finish adding your ingredients, roll up your lettuce wrap like you would a burrito. Do the best you can to fold the edges in so they stay closed. If you are meal prepping this to eat later, use a toothpick to keep the wrap held together in the container until you are ready to eat it.

Carefully cut the wrap in half with a knife and serve. If you prepped this for later, remove the toothpick before cutting it in half to serve.

It will look like this when you are finished. I had 2 of these for lunch and was full all afternoon.

Easy to make ahead of time and store in the fridge for a few days. Great for a grab and go type snack for the whole family.
