Pizza Chips

Feeling yourself craving pizza but do not want all the bread? Here is a great snack that is low budget and only takes two ingredients and less than 20 minutes to throw together.

These are great and they satisfy the grease and the cheesy cravings you are trying to fill.

The recipe is really very simple. You will line a baking sheet with parchment paper and preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Add some piles of shredded cheese to the pan like I did in the picture below.

Then you will add a slice of pepperoni to each pile of cheese as I did in this picture.Β 

After adding pepperoni, bake in the oven. Watch them slowly because they could burn quickly and easily if you are not careful. I baked mine for about 7 minutes so the cheese was a bit crispy. You can bake them according to your liking. For soft, melty cheese try about 4-5 minutes. For crispy cheese, try 7 minutes or more. If you want an in between, 6 minutes is great!

Pizza Chips

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Cook Time: 5-7 minutes

Ingredients

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

20 slices pepperoni

Directions

1. Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

2. Create small piles of cheese on the pan.

3. Top each cheese pile with a slice of pepperoni.

4. Bake 5-7 minutes or so, watching carefully so they don’t burn

5. Let cool and serve!
