So.. Cinco de Mayo is coming up and I wanted to share some of the recipes I enjoy with you so you could make them for your celebrations! What is Cinco de Mayo you ask?

Also, keto recipes are all the rage right now. I wanted to give you some lower carb options that are adapted from recipes I eat all the time anyways. We eat a lot of Mexican food at my house. A lot.

Keto Taco Bowls

Cook Time: 10 minutes

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients

1 head lettuce

1 lb lean ground beef

1 packet taco seasoning

1 tomato

1 onion

1 cup shredded cheese

1/4 cup sour cream

Directions

  1. Brown ground beef in a skillet. Drain fat.
  2. Add in taco seasoning and simmer.
  3. Wash and chop veggies.
  4. Assemble bowls.IMG_4750
