This dish has the fresh, summer flavors of bruschetta but it’s an entree version that adds healthy protein.
Bruschetta Chicken Bake

Cook Time: 35-40 minutes
Total Time: 45-50 minutes
4 chicken breasts
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1/2 cup balsamic vinaigrette dressing
1/2 cup mozzarella shredded cheese
1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
Salt and pepper
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease a 9×13 in casserole dish.
2. Place chicken in casserole dish and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
3.. Top chicken with garlic and pour balsamic dressing over the chicken to cover the bottom of the dish.
3. Wash and cut grape tomatoes in half. Top chicken with shredded cheese and then tomatoes.
4. Bake 35-40 minutes or until chicken has reached an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
