This smoothie has only 3 ingredients but it is full of the vitamins and nutrients you need to get through the day. It has a lot of bright colors and bold flavors that I think you will love. Easy to throw in the blender in the morning for breakfast and only takes 5 minutes.
Triple Berry Smoothie
Servings: 1
Ingredients
1 medium banana
1 cup fresh or frozen mixed berries (If using fresh berries add a few ice cubes)
-My mix is from Walmart and has raspberries, blueberries and strawberries
1 cup V8 Sweet Greens juice (see below for what is in the juice)
Directions
- Put all ingredients in blender and blend about 30 seconds to a minute until smooth
2. Pour in a glass and serve!
