Chocolate Covered Fruit Bites

An easy 2 ingredient recipe that works with any fruit that will curb your mid afternoon or late night sugar cravings.

Just melt milk chocolate in the microwave and dip in or pour over fruit.

I froze pineapple slices for half an hour and then dunked them in the chocolate.

For the frozen mango, I drizzled melted chocolate with a spoon.

Chocolate Covered Tropical Fruit

Prep Time: 30 minutes

Active Time: 10 minutes

Total Time: 1 hour

Ingredients

1 package chocolate chip

Assorted frozen fruit

Directions

1. Freeze pineapple slices and mango chunks for 30 minutes.

2. Melt chocolate chips in microwave. Start with 30 seconds and stir and then add 15 second intervals and stir in between until fully melted.

3. Dip fruit in or drizzle chocolate on top.

4. Let sit to dry about 20-25 minutes.
