I will not lie to you… getting used to drinking this can be tough. It is bitter, sour, and a little rough on your stomach at first. After a couple days you won’t have the “I just bit into a lemon” look on your face after you drink it and your body will get used to it.
It is a great jump start and makes me feel more awake than my first cup of coffee. Now THAT is saying something because I cannot survive and function as a human being without coffee.

Apple Cider Vinegar Shot
Servings: 1
Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
Note: it needs to be the Unfiltered with the “mother” kind. I am able to find it everywhere I usually grocery shop. Don’t buy the normal filtered kind because it tastes different and doesn’t have the same effects.
2 teaspoons lemon juice
Mix and drink straight or over ice!
