Pumpkin Energy Bites

Pumpkin energy bites are a great meal prep snack to add to your meal prep arsenal in the Fall season. They have the fall flavors and they are full of healthy ingredients. These are a great breakfast or snack and I think you will love them.

These come together in one bowl very quickly so they are easy to make as well.

Pumpkin Energy Bites

Prep Time: 35 minutes (Active time: 5 minutes)

Ingredients

1 cup old fashioned oats

1 teaspoon honey

1/2 tablespoon chia seeds

1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

1 pinch salt

1/3 cup pumpkin puree

2 tablespoons mini dark chocolate chips

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.

2. Form ingredients into 1 inch balls. This will make about 7-8 of them.img_6711

3. Refrigerate formed energy bites for at least 30 minutes. IMG_5299

These will stay good in the fridge throughout the week so they are great for meal prep. They are a great fall snack and they have healthy ingredients will a lot of antioxidants.
