Valentine’s Day is TOMORROW! If you need a quick and easy recipe to throw together for dessert for your significant other, this one is for you.

Super easy and is completed (start to finish) in less than 30 minutes! The best!

These are Red Velvet Cookies and the base is a box of cake mix.

So here is what you need to do.

Gather your ingredients.

Add all ingredients except chocolate chips in the bowl. 

Stir. It will look like the picture below.

Add white chocolate chips.

Scoop cookie dough onto baking sheet.

Bake 12-15 minutes.

Red Velvet White Chocolate Chip Cookies

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

1 box red velvet cake mix

2 eggs

1/3 cup vegetable oil

1 cup white chocolate chips

Directions: 

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
2. Mix all ingredients together.
3. Scoop cookies with a cookie scoop onto baking sheet.
4. Bake 12-15 minutes. Let cool 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to finish cooling.
